FiMA3 Conference Information

Registration:

Registration for FiMA3 is being handled by UM Conference Services. Please click here or the button below to register. Note: Click “Add to Cart” on the first screen to get to the second page to select your registration type.

Housing:

The conference has a block of rooms at the Inn at Ole Miss for the FiMA3 Conference. To book rooms: either call 1-888-486-7666 and reference the FiMA Group or go online to www.theinnatolemiss.com and reference the group code 0524FIMAAT. Reservations must be made by April 16, 2024, to receive the group rate.

Rates:
Standard Room (Single King or Two Queens): $129 per night
Deluxe Room (Single King or Two Queens): $139 per night

The Inn is located at 120 Alumni Dr, University, MS 38677.

Conference Panels Location:

Most conference sessions will take place in Lamar Hall, which is across Alumni Drive from the Inn at Ole Miss.

Transportation:

Airport:

The nearest commercial airport to Oxford, MS, is Memphis International Airport (MEM). The Memphis Airport is a little more than an hour from Oxford.

Shuttle:

Memphis Airport Shuttle is independent of the University but is owned by a retiree of the University and is often used by University departments.
